HR Ethix exists because HR needs to get real about ethics, tech, and the messy reality of work.
This isn’t corporate fluff; it’s not sponsored, and it’s very much not filtered through a comms team. It’s HR professionals sharing grounded, honest reflections on where we’re heading, and where we should be pushing back.
The reality? There are very few practising HR professionals speaking up about how HR impacts people and the world of work itself.
I built this site to share what I’ve learned, and continue to learn, about the connections between ethics, performance, technology, and people. This includes:
- Practical insights from rolling out systems at scale
- Reflections on AI, data, and the risks we’re too often ignoring
- Interviews with other HR professionals who give a damn
- Straight-talking pieces on what works and what doesn’t
Everything here is in the public domain. The aim is to to be thoughtful, definitely provocative at times, but it’ll always be rooted in fairness and good practice.
This is personal, not official. Opinions are mine or those of guest contributors. But if you work in HR or care about how tech is shaping work and people, then grab a virtual chair, your beverage of choice, and get involved.
Ethical. Practical. Human.
Just like HR should be.
